Job summary

OpenLoop Health is seeking a Manager of Training & Enablement to own the training framework for Patient Services, shaping curriculum, delivery models, and evaluation. You will lead a cross-functional team and collaborate with offshore partners to ensure consistent, high-quality training globally.

You will design learner-centered programs across diverse cultures, drive measurable outcomes, and build scalable processes for launches, continuity, and quality assurance in a fast-growing telehealth

Qualifications

• 4+ years in training, enablement, or L&D.
• 2+ years of people management experience, leading a training/enablement function.
• Demonstrated adult-learning and instructional-design expertise.
• Experience training international learner populations and designing for different learning styles and cultural contexts.
• Proven curriculum design and delivery for front-line/agent populations, including train-the-trainer models.
• Ability to tie training to measurable outcomes (first contact resolution, handle time, quality scores, time-to-productivity).
• Experience building launch or go-live readiness processes — defining prerequisites, certification, and sign-off.
• Experience building a closed loop between quality assurance and training and measuring impact.
• Experience operating in complex, matrixed environments with changing requirements.
• Strong facilitator and communicator; organized and calm in a fast-changing environment.
• Understands HIPAA/PHI handling and clinical-documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the patient services training framework end-to-end — philosophy, standards, delivery model, and outcomes for OpenLoop and BPO agents.
• Design and own train-the-trainer model across international BPO partners with consistent material lands across geographies.
• Build verification mechanisms to ensure training sticks and agents apply what they learned.
• Design training for different learning styles (auditory, visual, written) and international learners.
• Own training logistics and timelines for ramp curricula during new client launches and program changes.
• Build surge-response playbooks for onboarding many agents quickly.
• Manage and develop the training team, partnering with the Training Specialist.
• Collaborate with Workforce Management to translate staffing signals into training capacity plans.
• Coordinate with Clinical Operations, Programs, Implementation, and Customer Success to keep content accurate and aligned.
• Report on outcomes (FCR, CSAT, handle time, ramp velocity) and drive improvements.
