Job summary

New Mexico Mutual is seeking a Training Consultant to collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver training for agents, policyholders, and employees. You will design curricula, coordinate sessions, and manage logistics to support organizational learning goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or related field.
• 2–4 years of learning and development experience.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer LMS, course setup, registrations, and reporting.
• Coordinate in-office, virtual, and field-based training sessions.
