Job summary

Northern New Mexico College is seeking a Learning Systems Coordinator to support distance learning for students, faculty, and staff in a hybrid work environment in Espanola, NM. You will oversee the LMS, manage user accounts, and help optimize NNMC’s online teaching platforms.

You will collaborate with instructional designers and IT staff, generate analytics dashboards, and train instructors on new features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technological or education-related field with IT coursework.
• Preference for experience supporting faculty and students with educational technologies.
• Experience working with LMS and edtech tools (Zoom, Google Apps) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Communicate availability of distance learning courses, materials, and services.
• Assess learning tech needs in collaboration with COL.
• Train instructors and staff on LMS and video conferencing tools.
• Provide LMS orientation for NNMC students.
• Maintain and optimize learning platforms and perform routine system checks.
