Job summary

Central New Mexico Community College is seeking a Training Coordinator in Albuquerque to manage training programs and LMS activities. You will coordinate sessions, help develop learning materials, and track progress across in-person and LMS trainings.

Role includes supporting New Employee Orientation and generating reports from Workday/LMS, while collaborating with HR Partners to close skill gaps and improve development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate0a0degree required.
• Three (3) years of related experience or five (5) years alternative experience.
• Plus Bachelor’s/Certifications in HR or OD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programs and track employee progress.
• Assist in developing learning materials and LMS training.
• Schedule sessions and maintain training records.
• Provide admin support for learning initiatives and orientation.
• Collaborate with HR and L&OD to assess training needs and effectiveness.
• Create, publish, and maintain LMS reports and data inputs.
