Job summary

HomeServe USA is seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for Center Operations. The trainer will lead classes, assess learning needs, and collaborate with content and quality teams to ensure compliant, high-quality training.

You will apply adult-learning techniques, monitor trainee progress, and provide feedback to supervisors. Travel up to 10% may be required. Join a growing team that values development and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in a related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years delivering training programs in a corporate environment; call center experience desired.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Superior presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and development programs in virtual and classroom settings.
• Identify training needs through job analysis and collaboration with business leaders.
• Collaborate with content team to build training programs based on company needs.
• Align training with compliance initiatives and measure performance through trainee feedback.
• Monitor progress of trainees and provide performance development feedback.
• Communicate with new hire supervisors for corrective actions during training.
• Support vendor training partners and adapt to rapid growth.
• Utilize adult learning techniques to ensure training effectiveness.
• Provide reporting and analysis of training outcomes.
