Job summary

Central New Mexico Community College seeks a Learning & Organizational Development Coordinator to manage training programs, develop materials, and track progress in Workday and LMS systems. You will support employee and leadership development, coordinate initiatives, and maintain training records.

The role requires an Associate’s degree with several years in L&D or HR-related fields; knowledge of LMS and change management is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; 3+ years in learning and development or related field preferred.
• Background in HR, Organizational Development, or LMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programs and schedules for employees.
• Assist in development of learning materials and LMS training.
• Maintain training records and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance of training programs with policies and regulations.
• Assist New Employee Orientation and onboarding activities.
• Collaborate with HR Partners to assess learning needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
