Job summary

Integra Partners seeks a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and coordinate an enterprise-wide Operations training program. You will collaborate with Operations leadership and executives to diagnose needs, drive change, and deliver best-in-class training solutions aligned with business strategy.

You will work on end-to-end curricula, including New Hire Orientation, refresher training, and change enablement initiatives, using diverse learning modalities and LMS tools such as Eloomi.

Qualifications

• Design, develop and implement training content using different learning modalities.
• Creates learner journeys by job roles and competency levels.
• Owns, evaluates, and improves New Hire Orientation.
• Track training progress and measure effectiveness of training.
• Support change enablement initiatives and corporate projects with training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for operations and external customers.
• Coordinate training calendars with department leaders and SMEs.
• Monitor access, progress, and effectiveness of training
• Deliver new hire and refresher trainings across all levels of operations.
• Collaborate with QA and leaders to refine training content.
