TAS Energy Inc. is seeking a Corporate Training Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions that improve employee knowledge and performance.

The role partners with HR, leaders, and subject-matter experts to identify learning needs and create enterprise training across in-person, virtual, blended, and self-paced formats. The ideal candidate will manage the LMS, develop role-based curricula, and collaborate on onboarding, performance, and talent strategies while staying current

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience developing and delivering training for a manufacturing company.
• At least 2–4 years of human resources experience.
• Computer proficient (MS Office, especially Excel and internet); detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills.
• 2 years of experience with LMS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments using surveys, interviews, focus groups, observations, performance data, and manager/employee input.
• Translate identified needs into measurable learning objectives, curricula, and training plans aligned with business priorities.
• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, blended, and e-learning content with guides, resources, presentations, and assessments.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions for employees and leaders; adapt delivery to audience needs and schedules.
• Serve as power user and administrator for the Learning Management System: course setup, assignments, tracking, reporting, and data quality.
• Partner with HR and management to integrate learning with onboarding, performance management, career development, and talent strategies.
