Job summary

TAS Energy Inc., a Houston‑headquartered engineering and manufacturing company, seeks a Corporate Training Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions that boost employee knowledge and performance. You will partner with HR, department leaders, and SMEs to identify needs and develop role‑based and enterprise training.

Training may be delivered in person, virtually, or blended, and you will manage LMS content, track completion, and measure impact.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience developing and delivering training in a manufacturing setting.
• Bachelor's degree in training and development or related field.
• Proficient with LMS and data analysis to measure training impact.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments using surveys, interviews, and performance data.
• Translate identified needs into measurable learning objectives and curricula.
• Design and develop ILT, virtual, blended, and e-learning content.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions for employees and leaders.
• Continuously improve training content based on feedback and needs.
• Partner with department leaders and SMEs to ensure content accuracy.
