Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience developing and delivering training for a manufacturing company.
• At least 2–4 years of human resources experience.
• Computer proficient (MS Office, especially Excel) and detail‑oriented with analytic capabilities.
• 2 years of experience with LMS.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs via surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data analysis.
• Translate needs into measurable objectives, curricula, and training plans.
• Design instructor‑led, virtual, blended, and e‑learning content with facilitator guides and tools.
• Facilitate training sessions for employees and leaders; adapt to audience and schedules.
• Continuously improve training content based on feedback and changing needs.
• Partner with leaders and SMEs to confirm content accuracy and develop training plans.
• Serve as LMS power user and administrator: course setup, assignments, tracking, reporting.
