Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a Sr. Learning Systems Specialist to lead LMS administration, reporting, and data governance. You will partner with Operations, HR, IT, and Training to implement learning technologies, ensure data quality, and support workforce readiness initiatives.

You will develop dashboards, manage certifications, and contribute to the migration to a new LMS platform while driving adoption and process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Requires LMS administration experience and understanding of training records, curricula, and compliance.
• Experience with enterprise systems, reporting tools, and data governance.
• Knowledge of learning management systems and workforce development programs.
• Experience with software implementations or migrations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the LMS including course setup, curricula, user support, and records management.
• Manage recurring compliance, qualification, certification, and training reports.
• Support training administration and workforce readiness tracking.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for visibility into training progress.
• Assist with migration to a new LMS platform and integration efforts.
• Document processes, data mappings, and system configurations.
• Support UAT, testing, and deployment readiness activities.
• Create training materials and communications for administrators and users.
