Job summary

Fluence Energy, LLC in Houston, TX seeks a Training & Development Manager to own onboarding and continuous learning programs. The role blends instructional design with hands-on LMS administration, live facilitation, SOP creation, and scalable video production to ensure accurate, engaging training content across the organization.

You'll partner with cross-functional teams, manage Absorb or similar LMS, and produce courses with Articulate 360 Rise, Synthesia, and Adobe Premiere.

Qualifications

• Experience 3-5 years of instructional design & content development experience required, including developing and modularizing training content for onboarding and continuous learning programs.
• Articulate 360 Rise experience required for building interactive, scalable e-learning course content.
• LMS Administration experience highly preferred, including user management, course creation, and report generation.
• Video production: Synthesia and Adobe Premiere experience (both required).
• Content Management: Experience maintaining training content on SharePoint or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain onboarding and continuous learning content; modularize for all roles within the LMS.
• Maintain LMS integrity: active users, course assignments, permissions, reports.
• Facilitate live and virtual onboarding/training sessions across departments.
• Create and maintain SOPs with Scribe; ensure accessibility and integration in training materials.
• Produce and edit training videos using Synthesia and Adobe Premiere to support scalable content.
• Collaborate with PMs, content specialists, Marketing to align programs and stay compliant.
