Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in learning and development.
• At least 1 year of experience in project management.
• At least 1 year of experience developing training content using the Articulate 360 suite of products, Adobe Captivate or Elucidat.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality, iconic learning experiences for Capital One associates that can be measured against performance changes.
• Consult with business leaders on training needs and delivery expectations.
• Design and develop new hire, upskilling, cross training and soft skills classes in person and virtual settings.
• Develop and maintain e-Learning, blended and instructor-led training deliverables.
• Partner with content developers to support material development needs.
• Manage multiple learning initiatives with strong communication and teamwork.
