Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in learning and development.
• At least 2 year of experience in Project or Program Management or a combination.
• At least 1 year of experience in client consulting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal partners to support meeting the organization’s development needs.
• Own and solve problems on projects; design and implement new processes.
• Measure impact by identifying meaningful metrics and sharing results with stakeholders.
• Identify performance gaps and determine the cause to recommend learning solutions.
• Vendor/Relationship Management as required.
