Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in learning and development.
• At least 1 year of experience in project management.
• At least 1 year of experience developing training content using Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate or Elucidat.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality, iconic learning experiences for associates that can be measured against changes in employees’ performance and business performance.
• Consult with line-of-business leaders on training needs, solution design recommendations, and delivery expectations.
• Make decisions by identifying issues, diagnosing problems, generating alternatives and analyzing opportunities and risks.
• Conduct stakeholder, subject matter expert, and learner interviews.
• Design new hire, upskilling, cross training, soft skills and technical classes in-person and virtually.
• Develop and maintain e-Learning, blended and instructor-led training deliverables.
• Partner with content developers to support material development needs.
• Have strong project management skills and strong verbal/written communication skills.
• Collaborate with team members on learning and development best practices.
