Job summary

ARCO Design/Build is seeking a detail-oriented Learning & Development Coordinator in King of Prussia, PA to support the delivery of programs and events. You will coordinate logistics, manage documentation, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders across the Learning & Development team.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in coordination or HR/L&D settings, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of coordination/administration/event planning/L&D experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with multiple priorities.
• Able to follow established processes and take direction.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently while keeping team informed.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Flexible and able to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
