ARCO Design/Build in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a detail-oriented Learning & Development Coordinator to support program delivery and events. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1–3 years in coordination, administration, event planning, learning and development, HR, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to follow established processes, take direction, and consistently follow through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently while keeping team informed of progress and potential issues.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Flexibility and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning programs and events behind the scenes to ensure smooth execution.
• Support theL&D team by providing logistics, scheduling, and communication with stakeholders.
• Track progress and ensure processes are followed for successful program delivery.
• Assist with documentation, checklists, and SOPs to improve efficiency.
