Ideal candidates have a degree or equivalent experience, 1–3 years in coordination or HR, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This role offers growth and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1–3 years in coordination, administration, event planning, or learning and development.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with multiple priorities.
• Ability to follow processes, take direction, and follow through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the L&D team in delivering programs and events.
• Coordinate logistics, vendors, and travel as needed.
• Maintain tracking tools, checklists, templates, and SOPs.
• Ensure continuity across multiple offices and locations.
• Keep team informed of progress and potential issues.
