ARCO Design/Build is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support the day-to-day coordination of learning programs and events. You will maintain timelines, rosters, calendars, and learning records while coordinating vendors, venues, materials, and participant communications.
Collaborating with Program Managers and cross-functional partners, you will confirm details, meet deadlines, and ensure programs are prepared and delivered smoothly; you will handle contracts, invoices, payment
You take pride in producing accurate, organized work and making sure details do not fall through the cracks. You are dependable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while keeping others informed and following tasks through to completion.
You are a hands-on team player who enjoys working behind the scenes, coordinating moving parts, and finding solutions when plans change. You communicate clearly, follow established processes, and take ownership of making sure the Learning and Development team has what it needs to deliver successful programs and events.

You will maintain timelines, checklists, rosters, calendars, and learning records while coordinating vendors, venues, materials, and participant communications.
You will work closely with Program Managers and cross-functional partners to confirm details, meet deadlines, and ensure programs are prepared and delivered smoothly. You will also support contracts, invoices, payment documentation, event closeout, and program recordkeeping.
