You will own end-to-end enablement across Sales, Marketing, and Staff, delivering workshops, e-learning, microlearning, and AI-enabled tools grounded in adult learning principles.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Learning & Development or business enablement with a track record of building programs from the ground up.
• Strong instructional design expertise and adult learning principles.
• Proven ability to consult with and influence senior leaders to translate business needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders, executives, and HRBPs to diagnose capability gaps.
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend training or other solutions.
• Develop fluency in team workflows and business challenges.
• Design customized learning strategies for specific business problems.
• Build end-to-end enablement programs focusing on Sales, Marketing, and Staff.
• Create learning experiences across workshops, e-learning, microlearning, and AI-enabled tools.
• Build scalable toolkits, templates, and playbooks.
• Collaborate with SMEs, vendors, and speakers for content delivery.
• Facilitate workshops virtually and in person with executive presence.
• Promote programs to drive awareness and impact.
• Measure outcomes and iterate based on feedback.
