Socure is seeking a Senior L&D Program Manager to design, launch, and scale our capability-building, growth, leadership development, and onboarding ecosystem. You’ll own five pillars—from capability-building at scale to onboarding—driving measurable impact across the organization.

In a fast-paced environment, you’ll turn adult learning theory into practical programs, embed AI where it helps, and partner with People, Talent, and business leaders to align learning with strategy and results.

Qualifications

• Mastery of instructional design and learning theory to turn adult learning into effective programs.
• Strong program management instincts to run multiple builds and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch enterprise-wide learning programs from scratch to scale.
• Own careers philosophy, career pathing, and internal mobility frameworks.
• Redesign and run High-Potential (HiPo) programming end-to-end.
