Job summary

Samsung Semiconductor Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Manager who blends consulting with creative instructional design to partner with senior leaders, diagnose capability gaps, and tailor learning solutions across Sales & Marketing and Staff.

You’ll design end-to-end enablement programs and deliver across workshops, e-learning, and AI-enabled tools. In this onsite role at our San Jose headquarters, you’ll measure outcomes, collaborate with SMEs and external partners, and report to the

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Learning & Development or business enablement.
• Strong instructional design expertise and adult learning principles.
• Consult with and influence senior leaders to translate ambiguous needs into clear, creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders, executives, and HRBPs; lead intake conversations and identify capability gaps.
• Conduct needs assessments through interviews, data, and performance insights; recommend the right solution.
• Develop fluency in workflows, roles, and business challenges of the teams you support.
• Design highly customized learning strategies that solve each team's specific business problems.
• Build enablement programs end-to-end—product training curricula, sales kick-offs, negotiations and contract best practices, capability workshops and more.
• Develop learning experiences across multiple modalities (workshops, e-learning, microlearning, toolkits, AI-enabled tools).
• Build scalable toolkits, templates, and playbooks teams can use independently.
• Partner with SMEs, vendors, and speakers to source and deliver high-quality content.
• Facilitate workshops and learning experiences, virtually and in person, with executive presence.
• Communicate and promote programs and resources to drive awareness, adoption, and impact.
• Collaborate with broader L&D and adjacent tracks to stay aligned.
• Measure outcomes and stakeholder feedback; use data to iterate and improve.
