Guitar Center is seeking a Learning & Development Manager in California to design and deliver learning solutions that build essential skills, knowledge, and behaviors aligned with our strategic priorities.

You will partner with business leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to identify performance gaps, develop scalable learning, and measure impact on outcomes, leveraging AI-enabled tools to accelerate content creation and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Identify performance gaps and develop scalable learning solutions.
• Partner with leaders, HR, and SMEs to align with business goals.
• Apply adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content development.
• Design learning across instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and experiential modalities.

Responsibilities

• Identify skill gaps and translate business needs into scalable learning solutions.
• Design, develop, implement, and continuously improve enterprise learning experiences across modalities.
• Facilitate leadership programs, manager training, onboarding, and enterprise learning initiatives.
• Lead project management for scheduling, LMS delivery, and maintenance of learning materials.
• Govern curricula, certification pathways, and governance standards.
