Job summary

Functional Sourcing at Newark Liberty International Airport in Newark, NJ is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the planning and execution of internal training and development programs at the airport site.

You will coordinate with internal trainers, subject matter experts, managers, and external providers to ensure programs are delivered smoothly, manage schedules, materials, and post-training activities, and maintain accurate training records.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of internal training and development programs, including hard-skills/ soft-skills training, and other learning initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal trainers, subject matter experts, managers, and external training providers to ensure programs are delivered smoothly.
• Support the preparation of training schedules, invitations, communication, materials, and other program logistics.
• Assist in developing and updating training materials and learning content based on business and employee development needs.
• Coordinate post-training activities, collect participant feedback, and support the evaluation and continuous improvement of training programs.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, learning data, and related reports.
