THE·TEAM is seeking a Learning & Development Intern to help bring leadership development programs to life. You’ll gain hands-on experience with program planning, participant communications, events, and onsite experiences.

You’ll collaborate with team members, facilitators, vendors, and participants, managing timelines and creating participant materials to support engaging, well-run programs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to receive academic credit from a U.S.-based college or university.
• Open to undergraduate and graduate students.

Responsabilités

• Help bring Learning & Development programs to life, from early planning through live execution.
• Keep projects moving by helping manage timelines, key dates, facilitator needs, and project plans using tools like Asana.
• Support participant communications, assessments, and surveys.
• Help create and prepare materials participants will use throughout their programs.
• Get involved in the details that make in-person experiences run smoothly, including venues, hotels, food and beverage, AV, swag, dinners, supplies, and participant activities.
• Work alongside team members, facilitators, and external partners on a mix of short and long-term projects.
