Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a Learning & Development Intern to support leadership and development programs, across planning, participant communications, events, and onsite experiences. You will gain hands-on exposure to program logistics, materials creation, and collaboration with facilitators, vendors, and participants.

The role emphasizes organization, proactive ownership, and strong communication, with a focus on projects using Asana and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-focused.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects, deadlines, and moving pieces.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other productivity tools.
• Interest in learning and development, leadership development, employee experience, events, or program management.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Help bring Learning & Development programs to life, from early planning through live execution.
• Keep projects moving by helping manage timelines, key dates, facilitator needs, and project plans using tools like Asana.
• Support participant communications, assessments, and surveys.
• Help create and prepare materials participants will use throughout their programs.
• Get involved in the details that make in-person experiences run smoothly, including venues, hotels, food and beverage, AV, swag, dinners, supplies, and participant activities.
• Work alongside team members, facilitators, and external partners on a mix of short and long-term projects.
