Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, Education, or related field with 2+ years in adult learning.
• Alternatively, 4+ years of experience in adult learning or training content development.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships across Operations, Instructional Design, Knowledge Management, Workforce Management, Product, and external/vendor partners.
• Lead learning delivery across Marketplace Seller Support and Risk, including onboarding, upskilling, launches, and ongoing capability development.
• Define facilitator standards, certification requirements, train-the-trainer practices, and delivery quality expectations.
• Measure facilitator and program effectiveness using learner feedback, observations, readiness, and performance data.
• Coach and develop facilitators while building bench strength and succession readiness.
• Partner with Instructional Design to ensure learning is facilitator-ready and aligned to operational needs.
• Establish governance and quality controls that support consistency and scale.
• Continuously improve delivery, reinforcement, and performance support as business needs evolve.
