Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Statistics, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
• 4 years’ experience in training, facilitation, program management, change management, operations, or a related area OR 6 years’ experience in training, facilitation, program management, change management, operations, or a related area.
• 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, evaluation, and implementation of training standards and governance to ensure operational continuity.
• Research and benchmark industry practices to recommend and implement best training approaches.
• Collaborate with business partners to develop and approve curriculum aligned with operational goals.
• Lead needs assessments, prepare materials, and deliver leadership and compliance training using adult learning techniques.
• Manage multiple projects by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and adjusting plans to meet performance standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop associates, fostering a team-based environment and promoting continuous learning.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and data analysis, driving content improvements and resource planning.
