Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Fleet Development Facilitator to lead and improve training for Driver Trainees across regional centers. You will develop and deliver instructor-led and virtual sessions, mentor trainers, and drive standardization of content in partnership with the Learning Content Development team.

You will collaborate with regional leaders to implement change initiatives, assess training effectiveness, and ensure adherence to Walmart’s policies and One Best Way principles in every center.

Qualifications

• Provides expert guidance on information and best practices to Driver Trainees and regional teams.
• Delivers classroom and virtual training using multiple modalities.
• Supports change initiatives and maintains alignment with policy and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements training plans for Fleet Development.
• Facilitates training content for Driver Trainees with senior leaders.
• Audits One Best Way consistency and conducts risk assessments in training centers.
• Mentors and develops regional training center staff and trainers.
