Responsibilities

• Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
• Supervise and develop associates through training, mentoring, performance evaluations, and coaching for continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective delivery of Academy programs by managing scheduling, materials preparation, facilitator readiness, and program reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and enhance training content, delivery methods, and associate readiness for career advancement.
• Build strong partnerships with facility managers and regional teams to align training goals and address operational concerns.
• Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and operational standards while supporting a positive learning environment.
