Job summary

Walmart is seeking a trained trainer to design and deliver engaging instruction for Driver Trainees across multiple locations. You will lead classroom and virtual sessions, provide feedback, and help align training content with Fleet Development goals.

In this role you will partner with senior leaders and the Learning Content Development team to ensure accuracy and impact, while modeling Walmart values and fostering a culture of belonging and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
