Job summary

Home Helpers Home Care is seeking a Director of Franchise Development to lead domestic franchise growth under the Chief Development Officer. You will qualify, assess, and close deals with prospective owners, manage a pipeline, and coordinate visits to our NSC in Blue Ash, Ohio, or virtual Meet-the-Team-Day events.

The role requires a consultative seller mindset, building broker relationships, using FranConnect CRM, and delivering reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Experience in franchise, healthcare, or related fields is a plus.
• Experience building relationships and managing pipelines with broker networks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like FranConnect.

Responsibilities

• Qualify, assess and close deals with prospective owners to support franchise development.
• Lead relationships with brokers, attend events, and generate territory leads.
• Educate brokers and prospects on brand and ownership opportunities.
• Manage the sales pipeline and provide reports as needed.
