Job summary

HomeServe USA is seeking a Training professional to develop and deliver comprehensive programs for Center Operations. You will lead training classes, analyze needs, and collaborate with content teams to improve performance and compliance.

You have at least 3 years of corporate training experience, strong facilitation and presentation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Travel up to 10% is required, with a collaborative, growth‑minded team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in a related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering training programs in a corporate environment; call center experience preferred.
• Ability to drive results and lead team to excellence.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Superior presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory, creative training techniques and application.
• Up to 10% travel.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal, influencing and team building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritizing deliverables and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Instructional design experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs and workshops in virtual and classroom settings.
• Identify training needs through job analysis and regular consultation with business leaders.
• Collaborate with content development to build and enhance training programs.
• Work with quality to ensure training aligns with compliance initiatives.
• Monitor, review and evaluate trainee progress with feedback.
• Provide communication with new hire supervisors for corrective actions.
• Support vendor training partner needs.
• Act as a change agent during rapid growth.
• Use adult learning techniques to ensure training success.
• Report and analyze training program outcomes.
