Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in administration, education, HR, training, project coordination, or a related area.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with LMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage Litmos, the learning management system: assign training, track progress, and maintain records.
• Support instructional design, review course content, and test courses before launch.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and ongoing employee development.
• Support performance management initiatives, including development plans and check-ins.
• Prepare sales training materials and coordinate sales meetings and events.
