Ideal candidates have 3+ years in L&D/HR, strong MS Office skills, and experience with ServiceNow and Power BI. This position emphasizes continuous improvement and collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in Learning & Development, Executive Assistance, or HR.
• Advanced skills in MS Suite: Planner, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple events and initiatives.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and a self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for in-person and virtual learning programs.
• Maintain training schedules, rosters, and calendars using learning systems.
• Manage shared L&D calendars, prepare reports and presentations, and coordinate meetings.
• Coordinate vendors and learning resources to support delivery.
• Own projects and operational assignments to support program execution.
