Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer Litmos LMS; assign training, track progress, and maintain records.
• Support instructional design and test training content before launch.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and department training.
• Promote Predictive Index usage and share insights with leaders.
• Assist with performance management plans, check-ins, and follow-up.
• Produce reports from sales performance data to guide coaching.
• Coordinate sales meetings, trainings, and annual Sales Kickoff events.
• Manage sales tools and materials, inventory, and distribution.
• Prepare a welcoming new-hire training experience with travel, meals, and materials.
