Job summary

RISE Association Management Group is seeking a dynamic Talent and Development Coordinator to grow our staff capabilities. You will design and deliver training, develop materials, and produce training videos with support from the Marketing Manager.

The role focuses on empowering Community Association Managers and staff to lead clients successfully. You will manage programs, assess learning outcomes, and partner with leaders to align training with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in Training and Development, Association Management, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Ability to design engaging training materials and deliver sessions.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement comprehensive staff training programs, including orientation and ongoing development.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and priorities.
• Design manuals, presentations, online courses, and resources customized to roles.
• Deliver in-person and virtual sessions and evaluate effectiveness via assessments and feedback.
• Manage the LMS, enroll staff, track progress, and report training metrics.
• Engage external providers to supplement internal programs when needed.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and service excellence.
