Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Manager, Talent, Performance & Learning to design, operate and continuously improve enterprise talent, performance and learning practices. You will own programs, governance, platforms and measurement to build capability and grow internal talent across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Education or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end talent, performance and learning programs across the enterprise, including governance, measurement and communications.
• Lead performance management, leadership development and learning platforms, ensuring consistent execution across regions.
• Partner with HR, business leaders and external providers to design scalable, practical programs with clear outcomes.
• Manage the Performance and Talent Coordinator and coach the team to deliver high-quality operations.
• Develop career development resources, learning pathways and tools to increase internal mobility.
