You will help create engaging programs across the organization and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of adult learning principles and diverse learning styles.
• Understanding of instructional design concepts and methodologies.
• Ability to facilitate and present to small/mid-sized groups.
• Strong organizational skills for coordinating multiple programs.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using a learning management system.
• Ability to develop online learning programs using Articulate.
• Collaborate effectively with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
