Responsibilities include applying adult learning principles, leveraging LMS platforms, and collaborating with SMEs to deliver effective training across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Training and Development.
• Minimum of two years of experience in learning and development, talent development, training, organizational development, or related field.
