Job summary

Dynamic Group is seeking an Employee Development Coordinator to support growth, development, and long-term success of our workforce. This role partners with leadership, managers, and employees to identify development needs, coordinate programs, track progress, and continuously improve learning offerings.

The ideal candidate is organized, an excellent communicator, and comfortable working across departments to design and implement training initiatives that align with company goals and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in employee training, learning and development, human resources, organizational development, or related field.
• Experience coordinating training programs across multiple departments preferred.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage employee training and development programs from onboarding through all stages of an employee's career.
• Create onboarding plans for new hires to establish expectations and accelerate productivity.
• Develop and facilitate training programs covering policies, procedures, systems, and leadership.
• Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and develop solutions.
• Coordinate new-hire training and ensure employees receive appropriate resources.
