Job summary

RiseMe is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate employee training and professional development aligned with our mission. You will collaborate with leadership to identify learning needs, develop curricula, and promote continuous learning across the organization.

The role includes managing the LMS, coordinating in-person, virtual, and hybrid programs, and supporting succession planning and performance development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
• Minimum three years’ experience in training, development, or HR.
• Experience designing and facilitating training programs.
• Experience with LMS and training technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate employee training and development programs.
• Assess organizational training needs and develop learning solutions.
• Facilitate in-person, virtual, and hybrid training sessions.
• Manage the organization's LMS and track training completion.
• Collaborate with leadership on succession planning and talent development.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and grant requirements.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare leadership reports.
• Promote a culture of learning and professional excellence.
