ARCO a Family of Construction Companies in Brentwood, MO, is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to coordinate enterprise programs, manage events, and prepare facilitators. You will use LMS tools and AI-assisted approaches to deliver engaging learning experiences, while building cross-team relationships and driving improved learner outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proactive team member with attention to detail and urgency to drive results.
• Experience sourcing, vetting, and managing vendors for events.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and push back on stakeholders when necessary.
• Strong analytical skills and interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Familiarity with project management and stakeholder management practices.
• Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
• Experience with event or project management.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred.
• Experience with public speaking or facilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate established enterprise learning programs from planning through completion, managing timelines and documentation.
• Support training events by coordinating vendors, rosters, materials, and day-of issues.
• Prepare facilitators with agendas, materials, technology, talking points, and delivery resources.
• Create and refine learning materials, including slides, handouts, and job aids.
• Facilitate selected content in a clear, engaging, and practical way.
• Build relationships across teams to coordinate priorities and ensure a consistent learner experience.
• Use the LMS and related tools to manage enrollments, learner records, reporting, and program administration.
• Analyze learner and program data to evaluate effectiveness and inform recommendations.
• Improve program processes, tools, content, and communications; document repeatable practices.
• Use AI tools and Articulate to support engaging and efficient learning experiences.
