Colorado Coalition for the Homeless in Denver seeks a Manager, Learning & Development to transform organizational development priorities into scalable learning experiences across e-learning, instructor-led, and blended formats.

You will administer LMS functions, collaborate with subject matter experts, and use data to improve learning quality, transfer, and impact, ensuring accessible, compliant learning across the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, organizational development, human resources, psychology, or related field required; or equivalent experience.
• Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) or Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) preferred, not required.
• IDI Qualified Administrator credential preferred, or willingness to obtain after hire.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop learner-centered experiences across e-learning, instructor-led, virtual, blended, and microlearning formats.
• Translate complex information into learning objectives, storyboards, facilitator guides, participant resources, and job aids.
• Build and maintain e-learning using Articulate 360 and other authoring tools; apply AI-assisted design with quality and accessibility checks.
• Design learning paths linking training, practice, reinforcement, and manager support to strengthen transfer.
• Maintain learning standards, templates, and accessibility across products.
• Administer LMS functions for designated learning programs and compliance learning.
• Develop reports and dashboards to measure participation, completion, and impact.
