Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage learning initiatives across business lines.
• Assess training needs and develop practical learning solutions.
• Deliver programs online, in person, and on-site.
• Create training materials, facilitator guides, and job aids.
• Lead engaging sessions and utilize varied instructional methods.
• Measure training effectiveness and adjust content accordingly.
• Partner with leaders and vendors to expand learning opportunities.
• Manage the L&D budget and tracking of activities.
