Qualifications

Master’s degree in curriculum and instruction, instructional design, learning sciences, higher education, educational assessment, educational technology, or related field.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in academic settings.

Responsibilities

Translate program goals into coherent curriculum structures and course guidance.
Own learning analytics and data frameworks to support decision-making.
Lead curriculum planning, mapping, and alignment across programs.
Partner with University Partners to connect curriculum data with outcomes.
Drive scalable processes and governance for curriculum data and analytics.
