Job summary

Northwest Administrators, Inc. in Seattle seeks a Manager of Training and Development to lead our learning strategy and collaborate with leaders and SMEs to design impactful programs. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on blended learning, onboarding, and leadership development.

You will oversee the LMS, develop learning pathways, and measure outcomes to ensure business impact while partnering with HRBPs to align development plans with competencies and performance expectations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in adult learning and development, including design and facilitation of leadership and soft-skills programs.
• Experience with SaaS LMS configuration, administration, learning path design, reporting and governance.
• Bachelor's degree in business, education, human resources, organizational development, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the organization's learning and development strategy.
• Design engaging training programs and learning pathways from onboarding to leadership.
• Oversee the LMS, manage learning content and resources, and measure program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and leaders to develop role-based development plans.
• Develop leadership training programs and blended learning experiences.
• Measure training impact through participation, feedback, and business outcomes.
• Create job aids, standard work, and knowledge resources to support performance.
