Job summary

Human Interest is seeking a Learning and Development Program Specialist to design, build, and deliver modern learning programs. You will act as instructional designer and facilitator, using AI tools to accelerate content creation and scale enablement across the employee lifecycle.

You will design self-led modules, conduct virtual and in-person sessions, and work with Docebo and Confluence to manage resources and programs. A collaborative, tech-forward environment supports growth and impact.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years ofExperience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Instructional Design or related fields.
• Experience creating eLearning content using tools such as Articulate Rise.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills in person and virtual environments.
• LMS administration knowledge (Docebo and Confluence a major plus).
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and build assets.

Responsibilities

• Design and build self-led e-learning modules and training materials.
• Leverage AI tools to write scripts, generate visuals, and draft assessments.
• Document processes and update People Team resources in Confluence.
• Create training deployment plans with clear objectives and agile rollout.
• Maintain brand consistency across communications and experiences.
• Gather feedback and use data to refine learning offerings.
• Manage post-training feedback channels and translate insights into updates.
