Profile Products Llc is seeking a Learning Leader in Buffalo Grove, IL, to create and execute learning and development strategies aligned with company goals. You will work with senior leadership to identify training needs and ensure employees have the skills to perform and grow within their roles.

The role involves designing onboarding, managing LMS catalogs, and delivering skills-based training for manufacturing roles, while collaborating with SMEs and external vendors to optimize ROI on

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning and development opportunities across the organization.
• Design and develop a consistent new hire orientation program for all employees that aligns with Profile’s vision, mission, and values and drives culture embedment.
• Create and manage course catalogs within the LMS.
• Design and deliver skills-based training and assessments for field-based manufacturing roles which include job aids and standard work practices.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create relevant and impactful learning content and materials.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on learning and development opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to innovate and enhance training and development programs.
• Collaborate with external vendors and training providers and manage budget allocation for training activities.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on the impact and ROI of learning initiatives.
