Job summary

The Training Associates in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a Learning Project Manager to shape how employees learn, lead, and grow within a manufacturing context. This individual contributor role blends blended learning design, facilitation, and Leadership Development project management for a global workforce.

Candidates must be local to Downers Grove and able to work onsite 4 days per week. 4 days onsite, travel up to 20% domestic, direct hire, salary $90,000.00–$113,000.00 annually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of L&D or talent development experience, facilitation skills, and experience supporting global learning programs.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or a similar environment is required.
• Proficiency with L&D technologies: LMS, virtual platforms (Microsoft Teams), eLearning tools, survey systems, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage leadership development programs and help participants apply their learning beyond the classroom.
• Collaborate with others to create engaging eLearning, workshops, simulations, and blended learning experiences.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to strengthen onboarding, skills development, and compliance training.
• Use AI, learning technologies, and learner feedback to improve programs and measure results; analyze learning data and translate insights into action.

Candidates must be local to the Downers Grove, IL area and able to work onsite 4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage leadership development programs and help participants apply their learning beyond the classroom. Prior experience managing a leadership program is required.
• Collaborate with others to create engaging eLearning, workshops, simulations, and blended learning experiences.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to strengthen onboarding, skills development, and compliance training.
• Use AI, learning technologies, and learner feedback to improve programs and measure results. Ability to analyze learning data and translate insights into action.

Qualifications

• Bring 5+ years of L&D or talent development experience, facilitation skills, and experience supporting global learning programs.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or a similar environment is required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, Organizational Development, or a related field required.
• Proficiency with L&D technologies: LMS, virtual platforms (Microsoft Teams), eLearning tools, survey systems, and analytics.
• Must be local to the Downers Grove, IL area and available to work onsite 4 days per week.
